How Marci and Treant Protector perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Marci and Treant Protector win 47.56% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 5,549 matches.
Throwing an enemy into Overgrowth with Dispose can be a decent way to start a gank. The problem comes after that initial lockdown. Marci wants to dive deep into the backline with Unleash, but Treant Protector is a much slower hero who prefers to control fights from a safer distance. This means Marci often ends up isolated, well outside the range of Treant's Leech Seed or Nature's Grasp when she needs help most. While Living Armor can help Marci survive the initial engagement, the duo's fundamentally different positioning and tempo can lead to awkward and disjointed teamfights, making their combined impact feel inconsistent from one game to the next.

These rows use the last 30 days of quality-filtered ranked matches, all patches in that span combined — a wider window than the patch-scoped count above, so the per-rank match totals can exceed it.
