Marci + Windranger

Why this works

Getting tossed by Marci should be a death sentence, but lining up a perfect Shackleshot afterward is much harder than it looks. The direction and distance of Dispose are fixed, often throwing the enemy into an open area where Windranger has no angle for her stun. Even if the setup is perfect, both heroes tend to be greedy. They each want farm to scale their physical damage output—Marci with Unleash and Windranger with Focus Fire. They don't naturally create space or farm for each other, so one of them is usually playing from behind.

Early ganks feel clumsy. Marci can jump in with Rebound, but if the Dispose doesn't lead to a Shackleshot, the target often walks away while the spells are on cooldown. This pattern continues into the mid-game, where failed kill attempts bleed map pressure and delay the key items both heroes need to be effective. Without a strong frontliner or a more reliable initiator to play around, they struggle to control teamfights, leaving Windranger exposed and Marci unable to find a good target for her abilities.
