Mirana + Phoenix

Why this works

Setting up a Sacred Arrow is the main goal here. Phoenix can help with Icarus Dive, as the slow gives Mirana a slightly easier shot. A successful Supernova is even better, creating a long, guaranteed stun that Mirana can chain her own arrow onto for a massive lockdown duration on a key target. Moonlight Shadow can also be useful for helping Phoenix get into a good position to cast Supernova without being seen, catching the enemy team by surprise. This is the ideal scenario where their abilities chain together.

In practice, though, their kits don't always align perfectly. The slow from Icarus Dive is short, so the timing window is tight. Supernova is a huge commitment and easily focused down if there isn't other lockdown to protect it. Both Mirana and Phoenix are fairly fragile heroes who excel at staying on the edge of fights, and neither has an instant, reliable disable to start a gank. Their big plays often rely on other teammates or enemy mistakes, so the results from game to game can be very inconsistent.
