Naga Siren + Pudge

Why this works

Setting up a pickoff becomes much simpler for Pudge. Naga Siren can use Song of the Siren to freeze the enemy team, which lets Pudge walk into the ideal position right beside a key target. As soon as the song ends, he has a nearly guaranteed Meat Hook, which can be followed by a full Dismember. The target’s allies are usually too far away or still waking up to interrupt the channel immediately. This combination provides a reliable way to remove one hero from the map, creating a man advantage before a fight or objective push.

The effectiveness of this duo hinges on the long cooldown of Song of the Siren. Because Naga Siren has to be present for the combo, it can also pull her away from the farm she needs as a carry. Smart opponents will track the ultimate's availability and play defensively, grouping up to make it harder for Pudge to find a good hook target. While the threat is powerful for securing objectives like Roshan or breaking high ground, its infrequent use means it's more of a strategic tool than a constant pressure point.
