Naga Siren + Queen of Pain

Why this works

Playing around different timings often creates friction for this pair. Naga Siren is a hero who wants to use her illusions to farm the map and scale into the late game, playing a slow and methodical game. Queen of Pain, on the other hand, wants to accelerate the tempo, using her early magical burst and Blink to create pressure and secure kills across the map. This core difference in strategy means they rarely want to be in the same place at the same time. Even their big ultimates can conflict; a defensive Song of the Siren to reset a fight can stop a committed QoP from finishing off a key target.

This strategic clash means the team often feels pulled in two directions. If everyone groups up to support Queen of Pain’s aggression, Naga Siren’s farm is stalled, delaying her power spike. But if the team plays passively to secure Naga’s late game, QoP's window of peak impact can close without much to show for it. While a coordinated Song into Sonic Wave is possible, it's often not as clean as setups for other heroes. They don't actively ruin each other's game, but they don’t do much to help each other win it, either.
