Night Stalker + Spirit Breaker

Why this works

Charging a lone hero at night becomes a death sentence. Spirit Breaker provides the initial long-range stun and vision with Charge of Darkness, and Night Stalker's high movement speed during Hunter in the Night lets him close the gap from almost anywhere nearby. The target gets hit by the charge and immediately finds themselves silenced by Crippling Fear, unable to use spells or items to escape. This chain of lockdown is extremely difficult to survive, as Night Stalker has all the time he needs to apply his damage while the victim is helpless. The combination turns the first nighttime into a massive power play.

This duo forces the enemy team to play defensively from the first night onward. They have to constantly worry about a global gank coming for anyone even slightly out of position, which makes farming dangerous. A successful gank from Spirit Breaker and Night Stalker doesn't simply get one kill; it creates map control and forces the enemy to huddle together, giving your own team free reign to push towers. The pressure is relentless and forces opponents into mistakes as they try to guess where the next attack will come from.
