In theory, Outworld Destroyer provides a long, reliable disable, giving Snapfire all the time she needs to aim her ultimate. The catch is that the target is invulnerable during the setup, so any follow-up has to be timed perfectly to the moment Astral ends. Firesnap Cookie offers another way to start a fight or save Outworld Destroyer, but the forced movement can be awkward if he's trying to kite with his orb attacks, sometimes doing more harm than good for his positioning.

Because the game plan revolves so heavily around landing this one specific combo, it becomes predictable. Enemy teams will focus on finding and canceling Snapfire's channel or simply bursting Outworld Destroyer before he can get his spells off. Since both heroes can be vulnerable to being initiated on, the fight often depends entirely on which side gets the jump first. If the big combo doesn't land on a key target, the pair doesn't have a strong backup plan, leaving their overall impact feeling very hit-or-miss.
