Omniknight + Slark

Why this works

Hunting down a Slark buffed by an Omniknight can feel like a losing battle. A well-timed Heavenly Grace purges off stuns and makes Slark surprisingly tough to burst, letting him build Essence Shift stacks freely. If the team finally coordinates to bring him down, Guardian Angel can come out, making him immune to physical damage while he finishes off the supports. On paper, it's a perfect combination of a slippery carry and a powerful defensive support, creating a single, durable threat that is difficult to pin down and kill.

In practice, though, the coordination can be clumsy. Slark is already excellent at staying alive on his own. He has his own strong dispel with Dark Pact and can disengage at will with Shadow Dance. An Omniknight might use a crucial spell to save a Slark who was about to save himself, effectively wasting a long cooldown. While the potential for a game-winning save exists, it's just as likely that their abilities will overlap ineffectively, leaving the rest of the team vulnerable and failing to create a significant advantage.
