Phoenix + Wraith King

Why this works

Taking over the enemy's side of the map and securing Roshan becomes much simpler with this combination. Foes have to contend with two massive, fight-turning ultimates that both provide a second life. A team that commits resources to focus down Wraith King will find themselves in a terrible spot when he triggers Reincarnation. That chaos is all Phoenix needs to land a perfect Supernova. The enemy is then forced to either try and kill the egg while a revived King hits them, or flee from the impending stun and let both heroes reset and take control.

This dynamic forces opponents to fight on your terms. A standard engagement has Wraith King walk in first to draw out key spells. Once Reincarnation slows everyone, Phoenix has a safe window to use Supernova. The enemy is then caught between a ticking time bomb and a revived carry. Their only counterplay is having enough burst to kill Wraith King twice *and* destroy the Sun, which is incredibly difficult to coordinate. This constant threat makes it much easier to secure objectives, as the other team is often too scared to contest.
