Why this works
Playing against this pair feels like you can never move. Tidehunter lands a big Ravage and your team is locked down, giving Primal Beast a free window to walk up and start Pulverize on your most important hero. That target is effectively removed from the fight for an incredibly long time. Even for smaller ganks, a simple Gush from Tidehunter provides all the setup Primal Beast needs to connect his Onslaught. They're also both so durable that trying to burst one down means the other is free to cause chaos. This constant control and dual-frontliner pressure from Tidehunter and Primal Beast makes teamfighting a nightmare.
