How Skywrath Mage and Visage perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Skywrath Mage and Visage win 53.16% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 7,446 matches.
Facing this duo often feels like you're stuck in mud. Visage can initiate with Grave Chill, creating the perfect setup for Skywrath Mage to land his own follow-up slow and silence. Once a target is silenced by Ancient Seal and barely able to move, Visage's familiars can easily land their stuns and pile on the damage. The combined magic burst from Skywrath, slows from both heroes, and physical damage from the familiars makes escaping nearly impossible for a single hero caught out of position. This combination provides a powerful ganking tool from early in the game, creating pressure that can secure a strong advantage moving into the mid-game.

These rows use the last 30 days of quality-filtered ranked matches, all patches in that span combined — a wider window than the patch-scoped count above, so the per-rank match totals can exceed it.
