Sven + Tidehunter

Why this works

A big Ravage provides the perfect setup for a farmed Sven to do his job. With the enemy team locked down for a long duration, Sven can activate God's Strength and walk in, confident that his targets can't fight back or escape. This combination is especially potent for breaking high ground or securing Roshan, as Tidehunter can initiate and create a huge window of opportunity. The threat of this combo forces enemies to position extremely carefully once Tidehunter gets his Blink Dagger, giving your team control over large areas of the map.

The plan's reliability, however, is what keeps it from being a consistently dominant pairing. Ravage has a very long cooldown, and the duo is much less threatening when it's not available. Enemies will adapt, buying items to survive the initial burst or to kite Sven after the stun wears off. If Tidehunter has a poor start and gets his Blink Dagger late, or if Sven falls behind on farm, the combo loses its impact. Success often depends entirely on landing that one big spell and having the damage to follow up, making many fights hinge on clean execution.
