Sven + Weaver

Why this works

Drafting both Sven and Weaver puts immense pressure on your other picks to provide control. Sven needs targets held down to connect with his cleave during God's Strength, but Weaver offers almost no reliable stuns to help him do that. The Swarm's armor reduction is helpful, but it doesn't stop mobile enemies from simply walking away or kiting. Their ideal fights are also at odds. Sven wants to commit to a decisive teamfight and end things quickly with his ultimate, while Weaver is at his best in drawn-out skirmishes where he can use Shukuchi multiple times.

This lack of cohesion means the team struggles to make things happen. Without dedicated setup from other heroes, ganks are difficult to execute. In teamfights, Sven often has to find his own initiation, while Weaver is forced to play on the fringes, unable to commit alongside him. Enemies can exploit this by focusing one core while the other is out of position, or by disengaging from Sven's burst window entirely. A good Time Lapse might save Weaver, but it rarely creates the opening Sven needs to turn the fight around.
