Terrorblade + Undying

Why this works

Forcing fights with an early Tombstone is Undying's whole game plan. He wants to group up with the team, pressure towers, and take over the map before the enemy carries get their items. This plan runs directly into what Terrorblade needs, which is a lot of uninterrupted time to farm. Terrorblade can't contribute much to these early brawls; his illusions are still weak and he needs to preserve Metamorphosis for farming or escaping ganks. The result is a team with conflicting goals: one half wants to fight now, while the carry needs to wait.

This timing mismatch often means Undying’s early aggression can fizzle out. Without a strong core to back him up, the enemy team can often weather the storm, kill the Tombstone, and turn the fight. While all this is happening, Terrorblade is getting his farm, but the space being made isn't as effective as it could be. By the time he's ready to join teamfights with several items, Undying's own impact is starting to fade. Their power curves don't overlap well, which can lead to a game that feels constantly out of sync.
