Tiny + Viper

Why this works

Picking these two heroes together often creates a draft that's pulling in two different directions. Tiny brings a massive, front-loaded burst of damage with his Avalanche and Toss combo, aiming to delete one target from the fight immediately. Viper, on the other hand, excels at grinding enemies down with sustained damage-over-time from Poison Attack and Viper Strike. Tiny needs a hard stun to guarantee his combo connects, but Viper only provides slows. Their core ideas of how to win a fight—instant burst versus slow attrition—don't overlap well.

This conflict of pacing plays out in ganks and teamfights. Tiny wants to initiate for a quick kill, while Viper prefers a longer engagement where his toxins wear everyone down. The result is often a lack of focus. Tiny might Toss a target, but it could land them safely outside of Viper's Nethertoxin. The lineup struggles to present a single, coherent threat. Opponents can often exploit this by kiting one hero or bursting the other, as Tiny and Viper are unable to effectively combine their different strengths to protect each other or secure kills together.
