Ursa + Weaver

Why this works

Getting kills for Ursa relies on teammates holding enemies in place so he can build Fury Swipes stacks. Weaver offers very little help on that front. His kit is entirely selfish, focused on his own mobility with Shukuchi and survival with Time Lapse. While The Swarm can reduce armor, it doesn't solve the fundamental problem of a mobile enemy simply walking away from Ursa. This pairing provides a lot of physical damage but lacks the setup needed to apply it reliably, leaving Ursa struggling to connect.

This disconnect in their kits leads to a disjointed game plan. Ursa wants to group up early, take Roshan, and force fights with his Enrage timing. He needs a team that can brawl with him. Weaver, on the other hand, prefers a more slippery game of split-pushing and weaving in and out of skirmishes. Too often, Ursa is left charging into a fight alone while Weaver is busy with his own agenda, resulting in two cores who rarely feel like they are on the same page.
