Ivy (Tengu) in Deadlock: win rate, pick rate, top counters and best teammates, from Batru's recent-match pipeline.
Grabbing a teammate and flying them into position lets Ivy dictate fights against heroes who need setup time. Sinclair, Mina, and Venator all want space and a clean line to work with, and Ivy denies that by relocating the fight or peeling her carry out before their damage lands. The trouble comes against Seven, Victor, and Graves, who punish exposed movement and out-trade in a straight lane duel. When Ivy is out in the open lifting someone, those three make her pay. Draft tip: pick Ivy when your team has a fragile damage dealer to escort, and avoid her into heavy lane bullies.

Ivy wants a carry who turns a good position into a kill, and Seven is the obvious pairing. Flying Seven onto a rooftop or into the backline lets his big area damage go off from angles the enemy cannot pre-aim, and Ivy's lift gets him out before he overstays. Kelvin and Victor work the same way, giving Ivy someone worth committing her mobility to. What Ivy brings is tempo and repositioning, letting a slower or squishier partner be somewhere they could never walk to on their own.
