Haze fits well because her ult pins a clustered team together, giving Seven a stationary group to chain lightning through while they can't reposition. That overlap turns two separate ults into one long window where the enemy can't act. What Seven brings back is early lane pressure and burst clear, so a scaling carry like Haze gets the space and tempo to reach her item spikes safely.
