Alchemist vs Clinkz

How this matchup plays

Trying to burst down an Alchemist as Clinkz is a race against the clock. Clinkz can shred armor with Tar Bomb and unload a huge amount of physical damage very quickly with Burning Barrage, especially from invisibility. If Alchemist is caught without Chemical Rage, he melts. The problem for Clinkz is that once that ultimate is active, Alchemist's health regeneration can often outpace the incoming damage, buying him enough time to get an Unstable Concoction off. A single stun is usually enough for Alchemist and his team to turn around and delete a fragile Clinkz.

The whole game revolves around this dynamic. Clinkz's job is to disrupt Alchemist's farm rhythm, using his invisibility and burst potential to hunt for kills before Alchemist gets out of control. A successful gank can be devastating, but a failed attempt where Alchemist survives with Chemical Rage gives him a huge gold and experience swing. As the game goes on, Alchemist can itemize with armor or a Halberd to neutralize the threat, while Clinkz shifts his focus to deleting supports around the tanky frontline. The outcome often depends on which hero better executes their mid-game plan.
