How this matchup plays

Trying to commit to a kill on Arc Warden can be frustrating for Hoodwink. His Magnetic Field provides protection from her physical damage, including Acorn Shot bounces, forcing her to rely on landing her spells. The main issue is the Tempest Double. Committing a full Bushwhack and Sharpshooter combo only to find out it was the clone is a massive waste of resources that can lose a fight. Arc Warden likewise struggles to solo kill a Scurry-ing Hoodwink who plays around trees, and Flux is easily broken by her teammates.

This creates a game of cat and mouse. Arc Warden wants to split-push and apply pressure with his Tempest Double, farming aggressively. Hoodwink’s job is often to help catch these split-pushers.
