Beastmaster vs Marci

How this matchup plays

Getting a clean initiation on Beastmaster can be tricky for Marci. She relies on Rebound to close the gap, but his army of summons often clutters the area, blocking her path or simply body-blocking her after she lands. If she does get on top of him, she still has to contend with Primal Roar, which can stop her burst combo before it gets going. On the other hand, a well-timed Dispose can throw Beastmaster away from his units or toss him into her team, completely negating his preferred positioning.

This leaves them in a kind of stalemate across the game. Beastmaster attempts to use his vision and map pressure to force rotations, while Marci looks for openings to jump on him when his Roar is on cooldown or he's isolated from his team. Fights between them are rarely one-sided and often depend on which player has better vision and reacts faster. The one who gets caught out of position or stunned first will usually lose the trade, but both heroes have the tools to force that kind of mistake.
