Bloodseeker vs Tusk

How this matchup plays

Controlling the map against Tusk becomes much simpler with Bloodseeker in the game. Tusk's entire game plan relies on movement, whether it's initiating with Snowball or repositioning during a fight. Bloodseeker's Rupture turns this strength into a lethal weakness, forcing Tusk to either stand still and be useless or take massive damage for trying to play his role. On top of that, Thirst constantly gives away the position of low-health heroes that Tusk might be trying to rotate towards, taking away the element of surprise his ganks depend on.

This leaves Tusk with very few good options as the game progresses. His usual tempo-setting rotations are telegraphed and easily punished. In teamfights, he often becomes the primary target for Rupture, effectively removing him from the fight since he can no longer move freely. Tusk's only real plan is to hope his team can burst Bloodseeker before he can react, or to play passively and wait for a mistake. More often than not, Bloodseeker gets to dictate the terms of every engagement, making it hard for Tusk's team to find a footing.
