Bounty Hunter vs Storm Spirit

How this matchup plays

Getting Tracked makes it almost impossible for Storm Spirit to play his game. The vision from Track follows him through Ball Lightning, turning his primary escape and initiation tool into a giant 'kill me' sign for the enemy team. This forces Storm to spend way more mana trying to get away, and he often dies anyway. Even if he tries to use a Town Portal Scroll, Bounty Hunter's Shuriken Toss can provide a ministun to interrupt it. Bounty Hunter has all the tools to reveal, slow, and pin down a hero who depends entirely on elusiveness.

Across the game, this means Storm Spirit can't create the pickoffs he needs to snowball. Any attempt to jump a solo target is risky, as a roaming Bounty Hunter can quickly turn the gank with a Track and a slow from Jinada. Instead of controlling the map's tempo, Storm is forced to play defensively, waiting for his team and hoping he doesn't get found first. Bounty Hunter, on the other hand, gets to dictate the pace, constantly threatening Storm and getting his team ahead with gold from successful ganks.
