Storm Spirit is a hyper-mobile burst mid who snowballs off kills with Ball Lightning. His classic weaknesses are the heroes who punish his squishy blink-in: Riki and Meepo box him in — Riki's permanent invisibility makes Storm's jumps easy to ambush, and Meepo's clones trap him before he can zip out. Tanky disablers like Tidehunter and Wraith King also shut him down, their magic resistance and sustain blunting his burst so he can't kill them solo. Storm instead feasts on immobile, escape-light cores like Timbersaw, Nature's Prophet and Mars.
