Broodmother vs Undying

How this matchup plays

Casting Decay into a wave of Spiderlings gives Undying a huge temporary strength boost, making him incredibly difficult for Broodmother to kill. This allows him to stand his ground and trade effectively, even when outnumbered by her army. Tombstone further complicates things for her, spawning a constant stream of zombies that bog down her spiders and make it hard to focus a target. However, this same army of spiders can also destroy the Tombstone very quickly if Broodmother gets the jump on it or if Undying places it poorly.

This matchup often becomes a game of cat and mouse. Undying wants to force fights and be in the middle of Broodmother's units to get the most out of his abilities. In response, Broodmother needs to play around his position, using her webs to control areas of the map where he isn't. She aims to split-push and create pressure that his team can't answer, while Undying tries to group up and force objectives. The outcome depends on which hero can better execute their game plan and dictate the tempo.
