Clinkz vs Dazzle

How this matchup plays

Trying to burst a core from invisibility is the main way Clinkz secures kills and creates pressure. Dazzle is particularly well-equipped to stop this, as Shallow Grave directly counters instant deletion. A single timely cast saves the target, wastes all of Clinkz's cooldowns, and often leaves him in a terrible position. Dazzle can then follow up with a Shadow Wave to begin healing the target, turning a successful gank into a failed overextension. This fundamental interaction forces Clinkz to rethink his entire approach to finding kills.

This dynamic creates a constant positioning battle. Clinkz has to play patiently, trying to catch Dazzle himself or waiting for Shallow Grave to be used on someone else before he commits. For his part, Dazzle must play defensively, staying behind his cores and maintaining vision to avoid getting picked off first. The edge is slight because it all depends on reaction and awareness. If Clinkz finds a target out of Dazzle's range or mana pool, or if Dazzle is the first to die, the archer is still perfectly capable of tearing through a team.
