Clinkz vs Night Stalker

How this matchup plays

Clinkz's ability to control the map and find solo kills is often stifled by Night Stalker's presence. The reduced vision from Hunter in the Night makes it dangerous for Clinkz to scout, as he can't see ganks coming as easily. If Night Stalker finds him, Crippling Fear is a long silence that prevents Clinkz from using Skeleton Walk to escape or his damage spells to fight back. Clinkz wants to be the initiator, but Night Stalker's kit lets him dictate the engagement, especially during the first few nights.

A Clinkz player must adjust their playstyle once the sun goes down. Instead of split-pushing and looking for pick-offs, he often needs to stay closer to his team. Night Stalker will actively hunt for a vulnerable Clinkz to punish greedy positioning. The matchup isn't one-sided, though. During the day, Clinkz has a much easier time, and an early Black King Bar completely nullifies the threat of Crippling Fear, allowing him to burst down Night Stalker or his teammates.
