Trying to blow up a support from stealth seems like Clinkz's ideal scenario, but Snapfire has the perfect tool to spoil the gank. The success of a Clinkz ambush relies on killing the target before they or their allies can react. Snapfire's Firesnap Cookie is a direct answer, launching a targeted ally to safety and stunning anyone in the landing zone. This completely breaks the rhythm of the assault. On top of that, Snapfire is a bit tougher than the average support, meaning she might survive the initial volley of attacks that would kill a frailer hero, giving her the window to react.

The lane and mid-game become a constant battle of positioning and reaction time. If Clinkz catches Snapfire out of position with no allies nearby, he can often secure the kill before she can get her spells off. But if Snapfire is playing defensively and has vision set up, she can make life very difficult by saving his targets. Clinkz will often build an item that applies a silence specifically to prevent the Cookie escape. It’s a real arms race where the outcome of any gank depends entirely on who is better prepared for the engagement.
