Clinkz vs Tiny

How this matchup plays

Getting jumped as Tiny is a nightmare when Clinkz is the one doing the hunting. The core of the problem is initiation. Tiny relies on getting the jump with an Avalanche and Toss combo, but Clinkz can stay invisible with Skeleton Walk, making him impossible to target preemptively. Even with detection, Clinkz’s superior movement speed allows him to control the distance and stay out of Blink Dagger range. Tiny is a slow, melee hero who needs to get close to do damage, while Clinkz is a fast, ranged hero who excels at kiting and picking his battles.

Throughout the game, this dynamic forces Tiny to play reactively. Clinkz can split-push lanes and create pressure, knowing that Tiny can't rotate quickly enough to punish him. In teamfights, Clinkz can position himself safely on the perimeter, peppering Tiny with attacks from a distance. The burden is entirely on the Tiny player to land a perfect, often smoke-enabled, initiation. Otherwise, Clinkz can easily whittle him down or simply walk away, leaving Tiny unable to contribute effectively.
