Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Pugna wins the Dark Seer vs Pugna matchup: Pugna beats Dark Seer in 51.50% of 10,762 ranked matches.
Setting up for a teamfight often feels like a standoff. Pugna wants to place his Nether Ward in a safe, central location, making it dangerous for Dark Seer to cast his spells, especially Vacuum. A well-placed Ward can make it impossible for Dark Seer to commit without taking massive damage in return. At the same time, Dark Seer is constantly looking for an angle to land that very same Vacuum on the extremely fragile Pugna. If he gets caught, he evaporates almost instantly. It becomes a game of positioning and initiation, where whoever gets the drop on the other usually wins the engagement, leading to a very even back-and-forth.
