Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.

Trying to survive a gank by going into Shadow Realm often fails against an Earth Spirit. His Geomagnetic Grip can silence her before she can even react, and his other abilities like Rolling Boulder can still stun her with its area of effect even if she's already untargetable. This lockdown makes it nearly impossible for Dark Willow to safely position for Bedlam or channel Terrorize in teamfights. Earth Spirit can constantly kick her out of position with Boulder Smash or initiate on her from the fog, leaving her neutralized from the start of any fight. He has too many instant, long-range tools to catch and control her before she can use any of her own spells.
