Dark Willow vs Razor

How this matchup plays

Trying to run at someone with Static Link feels awful when Dark Willow is on the other team. Razor relies on being able to stay on a target to drain their damage, but Willow has multiple ways to prevent this. A single Cursed Crown can force him to abandon the link and run, while Bramble Maze can lock him in place and break the tether entirely. Even if Razor does commit, a well-timed Terrorize can completely reset the fight, sending him fleeing and rendering him useless for its duration.

This creates a game of chicken where neither hero has a clear advantage. Dark Willow can completely shut down Razor’s aggression, but she is very fragile. If Razor can survive her initial spells or catch her out of position, he can easily run her down. The outcome of fights often depends on who acts first and who has better positioning. Razor is forced to play cautiously around Willow’s cooldowns, and Willow has to respect the threat of Razor getting on top of her. It’s a standoff where both heroes have the tools to counter the other.
