Picking Rubick into a Dawnbreaker feels like a high-risk, high-reward choice. On paper, stealing Solar Guardian is a game-winning play, and even nabbing Starbreaker is a great pickup. The problem for Rubick is that Dawnbreaker's whole kit is designed to close distances and brawl. She can easily dive past his teammates with Celestial Hammer and overwhelm him before he can steal anything meaningful. Her natural durability also makes Fade Bolt a minor nuisance, leaving Telekinesis as his only real defense, which often is not enough to escape her sustained pressure.
