Disruptor vs Juggernaut

How this matchup plays

Thinking you can catch Juggernaut with a full Disruptor combo often leads to a wasted Static Storm. While Glimpse can pull him back and Kinetic Field can trap him, a quick reaction with Blade Fury makes Juggernaut spell immune. This means he can't be damaged or silenced by the Static Storm, even while stuck inside the Kinetic Field. He essentially waits out the worst of Disruptor's lockdown, completely safe from magic damage. The entire exchange hinges on whether Juggernaut can press his spin before Glimpse finishes or the ultimate comes down.

This creates a delicate back-and-forth throughout the game. A good Disruptor will wait for Juggernaut to use Blade Fury aggressively and then punish him with Glimpse and a full combo while it's on cooldown. A smart Juggernaut will hold his spin, trying to bait out the Glimpse first before committing to a fight or using it defensively to purge the combo. The outcome of any given teamfight can depend entirely on which of these two players wins this small timing battle, making the overall matchup feel very even.
