Juggernaut is a physical carry whose Blade Fury grants spell immunity and Omnislash deletes squishies. He's weakest into heroes that out-scale or out-tank his right-clicks: Wraith King respawns through Omnislash and out-tanks him late, while Spectre turns his own damage back with Dispersion. Axe is the classic answer — Berserker's Call interrupts him and Culling Blade threatens an execute. He shines against immobile casters like Timbersaw, Gyrocopter and Tinker, where Blade Fury shrugs off their magic and Omnislash ends them first. Draft tip: great into magic-heavy or low-mobility lineups; avoid first-picking into Spectre/WK or an Axe frontline.

Juggernaut is self-sufficient but loves setup that guarantees his Omnislash lands and a Healing Ward that survives. He pairs well with lockdown front lines: Tidehunter Ravages so Omnislash hits a frozen team, while Techies and Nyx Assassin pick off and burst the targets Jugg cleans up. Wraith King and Dawnbreaker give the durable front line he wants. Give Jugg a reliable disable and his ult goes from 'good' to 'unkillable target deleted.'
