Disruptor vs Tinker

How this matchup plays

Catching a mobile Tinker is a constant problem, but Glimpse offers a specific tool for the job. After Tinker teleports to a lane or a fight, Disruptor can use Glimpse to send him back to his previous location. This creates a window for an easy kill, especially when combined with Static Storm to silence and damage him upon arrival. An experienced Tinker is aware of this, however. He will try to secure vision to locate Disruptor before committing, or purchase items that can block the spell, making the interaction far from a guaranteed punishment.

This dynamic tends to slow Tinker down. He has to play more cautiously, unable to freely apply pressure if Disruptor is missing from the map. This can reduce his overall farm and impact. For the plan to work, Disruptor's team must be ready to capitalize on a successful Glimpse, as he can't kill Tinker alone. If Tinker can bait out the spell or simply play on the opposite side of the map, he can still be effective. The matchup hinges on this cat-and-mouse game, giving a slight, conditional advantage to Disruptor's side.
