Ember Spirit vs Snapfire

How this matchup plays

Dealing with Ember Spirit's early aggression often comes down to breaking his Flame Guard, which Snapfire can do quite well with Lil' Shredder up close. In return, Ember's extreme mobility from Fire Remnant makes him excellent at dodging Mortimer Kisses, and he can use Sleight of Fist to avoid the stun from a defensive Firesnap Cookie. This creates a standoff where neither hero has a simple way to kill the other. Both have direct answers to the other's primary tools, making engagements a matter of cooldowns and careful positioning.

Fights across the map become a duel of reactions. Ember Spirit wants to jump on Snapfire's allies, but she can often save them with a well-timed stun and force him to retreat. Snapfire, on the other hand, tries to control teamfights from the back lines, but Ember is a constant threat to her positioning and can force her to play defensively. The game often comes down to which hero can better execute their plan. If Ember gets a clean initiation before Snapfire can react he has an edge, but if his target survives the initial burst, her follow-up damage and control can turn things around.
