Enchantress vs Invoker

How this matchup plays

Casting spells at Enchantress bypasses her Untouchable passive, which is the main reason Invoker has a path to success. His primary damage comes from abilities, not right-clicks, so her attack slow offers little protection from a full combo. If he lands his spells, he can often kill her before she can react. However, Enchantress isn't a passive victim here. Her Impetus spears deal pure damage, which is very effective against an Invoker who often has a limited health pool. From a safe distance, she can seriously threaten him if he can't close the gap and land his control.

The game plan for each hero is quite different. Enchantress wants to apply pressure early with her creeps, disrupting Invoker's rhythm and preventing him from farming peacefully. She can also use Nature's Attendants to heal through his long-range poke damage. Invoker plays for the mid-game, where he can use combinations like Tornado and Deafening Blast to control fights and set up kills. The matchup often comes down to positioning; if Enchantress can stay on the edge of a fight and keep throwing spears, she does well, but if Invoker catches her, she usually dies.
