Faceless Void vs Juggernaut

How this matchup plays

A late-game teamfight between these two often comes down to a duel of ultimates. Faceless Void wins any fight where he successfully lands Chronosphere on Juggernaut. Inside the bubble, Juggernaut is completely helpless and can't use Blade Fury or Omnislash to survive. However, Juggernaut has ways to play around this. A well-timed Omnislash makes him invulnerable, allowing him to dodge the Chronosphere cast entirely. Blade Fury can also be used predictively to disrupt Void's positioning as he tries to Time Walk in, making it much harder for him to land a clean ultimate.

The result is a standoff where both carries are waiting for the other to make the first move. Faceless Void wants to initiate on his terms, catching Juggernaut before he can react. Juggernaut, on the other hand, often plays on the edge of the fight, looking for an opportunity to use Omnislash on a support, which doubles as a defensive move against a potential Chronosphere. The outcome of a fight, and often the game, can hinge on which of these two heroes uses their ultimate more effectively. This creates a very even and execution-dependent matchup.
