Nature's Prophet vs Invoker

How this matchup plays

Relying on Teleportation to split-push and farm makes Nature's Prophet a predictable target. Invoker can punish this global presence from anywhere on the map with Sun Strike. A well-timed strike can easily finish off a low-health Prophet or force him to abandon a creep wave, completely disrupting his farm and pressure. Because Nature's Prophet is fragile and has no innate escape once he commits to pushing a lane, he is exceptionally vulnerable to this kind of global damage. Even if Invoker doesn't get the kill, the constant threat forces the Prophet to play much more cautiously.

This dynamic hamstrings Nature's Prophet's entire game plan. He can’t create the map-wide pressure his team needs him to because he constantly risks feeding kills to an Invoker who never has to leave his lane. The NP is forced into buying earlier defensive items, slowing his own item progression and impact. Meanwhile, Invoker controls the game's tempo by turning the enemy's split-pushing strength into a liability, securing his team an economic and strategic advantage by punishing every risky move.
