Nature's Prophet vs Rubick

How this matchup plays

Stealing Teleportation is the nightmare scenario that defines this matchup for Nature's Prophet. Every time he uses his signature spell to join a fight or apply pressure, he risks giving Rubick global mobility. This isn't the only threat; Sprout is an excellent setup spell in Rubick's hands, and even Wrath of Nature is a solid nuke to have. Nature's Prophet is forced to play cautiously with his entire kit, knowing any spell he casts could be turned against his team. A hero that thrives on constant, annoying spell usage is severely crippled when his opponent can copy his best tricks.

This dynamic puts Nature's Prophet on the back foot from the start. Rubick can punish split-pushing attempts by stealing Teleportation to show up with backup, turning a tower push into a dead Prophet. Ganks become much harder when Sprout can be stolen and used to trap Prophet or his allies instead. Rubick effectively neuters the core game plan of creating map-wide pressure. Nature's Prophet is forced into a reactive role, unable to make the proactive plays he relies on, while Rubick gets a taste of some of the best mobility in the game.
