Head-to-head Dota 2 7.41f win rate from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Grimstroke wins the Grimstroke vs Lycan matchup: Grimstroke beats Lycan in 50.48% of 5,071 ranked matches.
Struggling to control the map against Lycan puts you on the back foot from early on. His constant pressure with summons forces your team to react and split up, which isn't the kind of game Grimstroke wants to play. The wolves make everything awkward for Grimstroke in skirmishes, body-blocking skillshots and quickly destroying the ghost from Phantom's Embrace. The biggest problem is landing a good Soulbind. When Lycan is surrounded by his pack, you're more likely to leash a worthless summon than a second hero, completely wasting the ultimate. This leaves you without a reliable way to punish him for running at your team and taking objectives across the map.
