Gyrocopter vs Lina

How this matchup plays

Getting into effective range is the main problem for Gyrocopter. He needs to get relatively close for Rocket Barrage, making him a predictable target for Lina's long-range Light Strike Array. A successful stun almost always leads to a full combo, and Laguna Blade can often finish Gyrocopter from high health before he can react. Gyro's own stun, Homing Missile, is too slow and fragile to reliably lock Lina down in return, leaving him with few ways to initiate on his own terms.

This advantage means Lina can pressure Gyrocopter from the first wave, securing her own farm while setting up easy ganks. Gyrocopter is forced to play defensively, often having to jungle early and slowing down his key item timings like Black King Bar. Once Lina gets her ultimate, any mistake in positioning from Gyrocopter is usually fatal. His game plan becomes about survival: find safe farm, avoid her at all costs, and hope his team can create enough space for him to get the items needed to withstand her initial burst.
