Hoodwink vs Zeus

How this matchup plays

Playing near trees for safety via Scurry feels like the right move, but it's a trap against Zeus. All of his damage is magical, so the evasion from Scurry does nothing to protect Hoodwink. More importantly, Zeus can easily check treelines for her with a quick Lightning Bolt, removing any element of surprise. The real problem is Thundergod's Wrath; it reveals her entire team, no matter where they are hiding. This completely neutralizes Hoodwink's ability to use the map and terrain for survival, leaving her constantly exposed.

Across the game, this means Hoodwink has nowhere safe to be. She can't reliably set up Sharpshooter ambushes or split-push a lane without risking instant death from a global reveal. In teamfights, she wants to dance in and out of the trees, but one ultimate from Zeus and she's a sitting duck for his teammates. Hoodwink is forced into a defensive posture and may need different items to survive the magical burst, while Zeus doesn't have to change his game plan at all to make her life difficult.
