How this matchup plays

Controlling the map's tempo is almost impossible for Jakiro against Zeus. Any attempt by Jakiro to group with his team and push a tower is easily stifled, as Zeus can clear creep waves from a completely safe distance. This forces Jakiro into a passive game, unable to create pressure or secure objectives. As fights break out, Zeus remains far in the backline, whittling down Jakiro's large health pool from afar. Jakiro struggles to find farm or make an impact, often becoming a liability who can't execute his primary game plan of teamfight control and pushing.

The core of the problem is a mismatch in spell ranges and speeds. Jakiro's entire kit, from Dual Breath to Macropyre, has significant delays and travel times. This gives Zeus an easy window to react and unload his instant-damage spells. Static Field is especially punishing, as it chips away at Jakiro every time Zeus casts, making him an easy target for a final Thundergod's Wrath. Without any gap close or reliable lockdown, Jakiro has no way to threaten the backline Zeus and stop the constant damage.
