Juggernaut vs Wraith King

How this matchup plays

Committing Omnislash to kill Wraith King usually feels like a waste. Reincarnation means Juggernaut has to kill him twice, but the ultimate is spent on the first life. Once Wraith King stands back up, Juggernaut is often left exposed and without his most important cooldown. The problem gets worse if Wraith King has skeletons summoned, as they can absorb Omnislash jumps and dramatically reduce the spell's damage on its intended target, effectively turning Juggernaut's ultimate into a farming tool.

This dynamic lets Wraith King control the game's pace. He can confidently walk up to objectives and frontline for his team, knowing Juggernaut's signature spell is largely nullified against him. This forces the Juggernaut player into a difficult position: either use Omnislash on a less important hero and hope it's enough, or hold it and have little impact on the core fight. For Juggernaut to succeed, his team must help drain Wraith King's mana or bait out Reincarnation before he commits.
