Running into a Lich is a miserable experience for Largo. Lich excels at controlling the tempo of any engagement from a safe distance, making it incredibly difficult for heroes who need to commit to a target. Any attempt by Largo to start a fight or jump on a key hero is met with a barrage of slows and disruption that bogs down the entire assault. Lich doesn't even need to be a primary target; his presence alone protects his teammates and makes Largo's life difficult, forcing him to fight through a swamp just to get into position.

This dynamic starts in the lane, where Lich's constant pressure can stifle Largo's ability to get a good start. As the game progresses, the problem only gets worse. Teamfights become a puzzle where Largo has to somehow bypass Lich's area of influence or wait for him to be out of position, which good players rarely are. This forces Largo's team to play reactively. Lich’s team, on the other hand, can play aggressively, knowing their backline can peel and save them, forcing bad engagements that Largo can't win.
