How this matchup plays

Expecting to play your own game against Phantom Assassin is often a mistake. Her entire plan revolves around closing the distance with Phantom Strike to find and delete a single hero. This puts the pressure squarely on Largo to have an immediate response to that jump. If Largo can't create distance or survive the initial burst of crits, he becomes a primary target from the mid-game onward. This constant threat forces Largo to either build defensively or play much closer to his team than he might want, which can slow down his own game plan and overall impact.

The matchup often hinges on whether Phantom Assassin can capitalize on her mid-game power spike. Once she has a core item or two, she will actively hunt Largo, forcing his supports to expend resources to protect him. The goal for Largo's team becomes weathering this storm until he can get the necessary items to survive her initial assault, like a Ghost Scepter or Heaven's Halberd. If the game goes long enough for Largo to get those tools online, the fight becomes much more even, as PA then has to contend with the rest of his team after her jump.
