Lifestealer vs Queen of Pain

How this matchup plays

Unloading a full spell combo on a target usually works for Queen of Pain, but Lifestealer is the exception. His Rage completely nullifies her burst damage, turning her biggest strength into a moment of complete vulnerability. Queen of Pain relies on magic from spells like Sonic Wave to kill targets, and when that fails, she has very little left to fight with. Lifestealer can simply walk through her entire arsenal and start hitting her, and she lacks the physical durability to survive a sustained attack once her spells are on cooldown.

This dynamic forces Queen of Pain to play a completely different game. She can't blink aggressively near Lifestealer, because he can turn on her at any moment. Her team has to peel him off, while his team can feel confident that one of their main cores has a built-in answer to the enemy's magic damage. She has to constantly be aware of his position and the status of his Rage, which limits her map movement and kill potential, while he can often play his own game knowing he has a favorable matchup waiting for him in teamfights.
