Lina vs Razor

How this matchup plays

Trying to trade right-clicks with Razor is often a losing proposition for Lina. His Static Link actively drains away her attack damage, which undermines a core part of her fighting style. Even with a fully stacked Fiery Soul giving her massive attack speed, Lina will find her own damage melting away while Razor's grows. This interaction forces her to either retreat immediately from a fight or risk getting completely run over. It neutralizes the physical damage side of her kit, making direct confrontations feel much weaker than they should.

Lina's game plan must shift towards bursting Razor from a distance with her spells. She wants to set up a Light Strike Array from fog and follow up with her full magic combo before he can react and apply his link. Razor, meanwhile, tries to force the issue. He'll often build items that let him survive her initial burst and stick to her, looking for any chance to connect his Static Link and run her down. The outcome of their fights usually comes down to which hero gets the jump on the other, making positioning the critical factor.
